Carter Cellars specializes in limited production cabernet sauvignons and merlots from some of the finest vineyards in Napa Valley, including the famous To Kalon vineyard in Oakville, California. With a recent 96-point rating from James Laube of Wine Spectator, Carter Cellars’ wines are quickly becoming cult classics.  Additionally veteran Napa winemaker Nils Venge teamed up with vintner Mark Carter to open Napa Valley’s Envy Estate Winery. They specialize in estate wines including Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignons, and Merlot, of which they have eleven acres planted. There is a beautiful tasting room located on our hotel premises in Eureka, which is open to the public everyday from 11am to 4:30pm. With views of the world famous geyser, the Palisades, and the vineyards and mountains of Calistoga, California, our luxury hotel is a lovely place to visit and enjoy tasting regional wines.
