Morris Graves was a world renowned artist who resided in Humboldt County from 1964 until his death in 2001. But shortly before his death the Humboldt Arts Council opened up the doors to the museum in 2001. The facility features 7 galleries, courtyard sculpture garden, the Humboldt Artists Gallery, museum store, classroom facilities, and performance rotunda. Located at 636 F Street in Eureka, admission is $5 for adults, $2 for seniors and students with a valid ID, and children under 17 are free.
