Sequoia Park

Just a half of a block up from the Zoo. This park features a large playground area for the kids to let loose and enjoy the swings, large slides and field to run free in; as well as a large barbecue and picnic area for the whole family to enjoy.
Down the road and beyond the playground you will find a multitude of hiking trails to enjoy the giant redwoods, and down in the gully of the park you will find a duck pond, with a smaller playground and picnic area, as well as a few trails leading to stunning small waterfalls during the winter and early spring.
The Zoo at Sequoia Park

This family adventure is one that will keep the kids entertained for hours, and is educational too. Currently a 5 acre property featuring a primate exhibit, otters with a crawl through viewing tunnel, bald eagles, a petting zoo and much more. The zoo is currently undertaking a large expansion project and is soon to be home to the Redwood Sky Walk, check it out!
